Dustin Ours
Senior Pastor
Pastor Dustin and Lydia joined the NLC Team in 2014 to lead our Youth Ministry. He transitioned into Associate Pastor in September of 2020, and took over as the Senior Pastor of New Life Church in June of 2022. He has a passion for studying and teaching the Bible, creating and implementing culture and vision to the church, and equipping and empowering others to lead and fulfill their Masterpiece Mission. He enjoys working out and spending time with family in his free time.
Seth Monk Jr.
Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship
Pastor Seth has a passion for Youth, Jesus & ministry. After graduating from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Seth became an intern in 2020 and became Youth Pastor in September of 2020. Seth became Associate Pastor in June of 2022. Seth and his wife, Bella, love to have fun and desire to see this generation on fire for Jesus. Seth also loves sports and enjoys fishing in his spare time.
Taylor Brooks
Administrative Assistant
Previously serving in Children's Ministry, Taylor moved to her new Administrative assistant role in 2023. She has true heart for serving and helping others. Taylor and her husband, Travis, enjoy spending time with family as well as biking and hiking.
Lydia Ours
Children's Director
Lydia has a degree in elementary education and has a love for learning and teaching. She has taken over task of revamping our Children's area until we hire a new Director next year. Lydia has a desire to see the kids experience a personal relationship with Jesus and love others around them.
Amy Monk
Treasurer
Amy has been serving NLC as the Treasurer since 2019. Amy has a huge heart for serving and loving on others. One of the ways she shows this is by volunteering in the youth ministry. Amy also enjoys spending time with her family and watching the show Monk.
Danielle Butler
Guest Services
Danielle L. Butler has one of the most illuminous smiles that will truly greet you as you enter New Life Church. You will always find Danielle letting God's light shine through her service by extending morning salutations, giving hugs and handshakes, hanging up coats, offering introductions, and so many more ways. There are no worries about the Welcome Center not attaining its goal of making everyone who comes into New Life Church feel Welcomed.
